The process is simple. Contact Coach Stephanie via email or phone to schedule your complimentary consultation. During your complimentary and obligation-free consultation, we will discuss your health history, current lifestyle and personal/professional schedule to determine the best nutrition and training regimen to achieve your unique goals. Additionally, we will perform a workout to determine your physical strengths and opportunities. This workout will provide the framework for what you can expect with your training. At the end of the complimentary session, you will have the opportunity to schedule formal private and/or small group training sessions.

Training fees are determined on a sliding scale. All training sessions are to be paid for in advance. Coach Stephanie requires 24 hour notice for cancellations. Every effort will be made to reschedule your missed session during that same week. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued should inadequate notice be given. Coach Stephanie reserves the right to enforce this policy at her discretion.
