FemFit training is based on functional, multi-joint movements--movements that your body was designed to perform everyday. Squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, jumping, running, and stabilization work are just a few examples of what you can expect to find in your training. But don't expect repetition. Your training will be constantly varied, highly intensive and thoroughly rewarding!
