Stephanie Sharp is a former competitive gymnast, dancer and weight lifter, whose passion for health and holistic wellness has inevitably led her to focus on goal actualization through excellence in physical performance. “We live in a physical world, and yet, some of our most challenging goals are of an emotional, spiritual and mental nature. Too often, we get stuck before we even start due to negative self-talk; that voice that says 'I can’t'. We think that we can’t because we’re too old, too young, too weak, too tired, too out of shape, too busy, too something, just fill in the blank! But I’ve found that a phenomenal way to overcome this self-sabotage is through physical challenge. If you can set and achieve goals in your training, it inevitably translates into success outside the gym. I’ve had a number of clients start their training with me by saying “I’ll never be able to do a push up.” Yet, in a matter of weeks, the push up happens and that client begins to look at other challenges in her a life in a different, more “can-do” way. It’s about getting super fit, but really, it’s about getting the most out of every part of our lives; living up to our greatest potential and regaining personal power on every level.”
Stephanie is a Crossfit Coach, personal trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor. When she’s not training, she volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay, spends time with her friends and family, and is constantly educating herself in her craft.
